Wild Abandon 18.10 is the thirteenth chapter of Wild Abandon.
Plot[edit]
Verona notices she’s being watched and summons Kittycough and sends her after one of Mussers allies named Bodean. He then falls from a building after being stabbed in the behind.
Verona returns to her demesne finding McCauleigh there. Luna arrives and tells Verona about the council meeting, then Mallory arrives.
Her mum emails her about alternative schooling options, including an online course.
Written on the wall are the words “FIGURE IT OUT” referring to removing Charles.
The Squirrel and Pigeon deliver her a jumper.
They travel through Kennet Found to the council meeting, Kennet’s various residents fill in.
Verona sees Rook, Luna and the Turtle Queen and has an idea about what to do about Charles.
Avery and Thea explore further into the goats life cycle, seeing a moon sized skull, a sword like horn and heart that’s also a head. Thea considers drawing a diagram on it, Avery notices as she does the various objects get closer.
Thea wants the goats power and looks at Avery as if she was going to murder her. Avery eventually manages to talk her out of killing the goat and they both leave together.
They explain to the Thunderbay Council what they learned about the goat. After learning how much power it has they all want to sacrifice it. Avery wonders if it’s their goat is the only such trap and if they should warn other Musser.
Jasmine is helping Lucy recover from her injuries. Suddenly the phone rings. It turns out it’s Abraham Musser on the other side.
