Wild Abandon 18.9 is the thirteenth chapter of Wild Abandon.

Plot[edit]

Avery visits Basil and Milly imprisoned on Odis’s bus. They argue about Milly murdering goblins and if Avery should let her go free to deal with the Boergmann.

A criminal named Stanley gets on, and Avery learns he deported a women and took her children in with the hope of one day marrying one of them.

Avery handcuffs Milly to the railing to prevent her escaping.

Out of desperation Milly promises not to kill goblins and to maintain a truce if Avery lets her out. Avery decides not to take the deal and leaves using, use uses Snowdrops Lostness to get past the crowd and leaves behind the key to the cuffs.

She then contacts Peter Garrick to get him to deal with the two children.

Her mum tells her to speak with Connor and she confides in him about her concerns regarding the people trapped on the bus.

Avery and the rest of Thunder Bay Council prepare for the Alcazar ritual, with Zed helping and Thea is providing backup. They enter the Alcazar and begin exploring different aspects of Franky, their filled with technology and odd ideas Franky has had.

Eventually finding the curse room, then moving on to Charles Awakening her and telling her about the goat.

They investigate the diagrams and note it would have effected families. They move on to Charles awakening Franky and Avery speculated Charles might have been nudging her towards a specific goat.

Next they move on to the goat. They learn that it’s a Heroic goat that formed a pattern of mating and getting sacrificed and that it holds a lot of power.
