Gillian Rose is Alexander's niece and a member of the Belanger Family.

Relationships

Her mother, Jen Ross, is highly protective of her attempting to keep her away from the Belanger Circle.<ref>“…But I expect you’d find yourself caught in a terrible sort of limbo around your mother, who would want to keep you out of trouble and firmly under her watch, keep watch on us, and keep us away from you. Wye Belanger employed her to help with answering the phone, he also gave her a tie which her mother later removed.

She is heavily infatuated with Tanner Gilpin. Wye is planning on allowing the two of them to marry at some point in the future.<ref>“I think Wye is probably going to raise the idea of marrying her to Tanner.”

Appearance

She is extreamly thin and has straight white-blond hair. Wears a school uniform.<ref>Fifteen year old Gillian reminded him a lot of Alexander. Same face shape, same eyes, similar frame – barely an ounce of excess body fat on either of them. Her blonde hair was too straight and fine to really become bedhead, but had instead lifted up and away from her head with static electricity.- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.y</ref><ref>She’d looked for and was reasonably sure she’d successfully identified the dour looking Jen, helped by the description of Jen’s daughter- stick thin, with ethereal white-blonde hair and she dressed like she was wearing a student uniform when there was no school anywhere nearby and she wasn’t a student.- Excerpt from Let Slip 20.8</ref>

Her appearance changed after Helen attempted to turn her into a horror, her eyes becoming a diagonal infinity sign and there are wavy lines on her collarbone and neck.<ref>Her eyes met Avery’s, and Avery could see how the pupils and irises had altered. Like a cell undergoing mitosis, forming more of an ‘8’ shape than a circle. Like a goat’s eyes, but diagonal.

Her shirt collar was open, and it looked like her collarbone had a wave to it that shouldn’t be there. And the line at one side of her neck, the tendon. Almost curly. And there were a few too many. Her long hair hid a lot of it.- Excerpt from Let Slip 20.9</ref>

She has difficulty focusing her eyes.<ref>“Just… focusing my eyes. It’s hard. Makes diagram drawing hard too. But I’m- I’m happy,” Gillian said. “Sad about some things. Some people. But I’m happy, it’s weird, isn’t it?”- Excerpt from Let Slip 20.9</ref>

Abilities

Her sight is similar to her mothers, showing her nature based animals that can predict the future. These animals include a Hawk, a Spider, a Crow, a collection of butterflies and a Wolf with a dead rabbit.<ref>She blinked, because she couldn’t bring herself to move otherwise, and used her Sight as her eyes opened.

The Witch had turned back to Tanner. She has a small number of curses stored in black envelopes<ref>Gillian had twelve or so prepared curses in her coat- black envelopes with small lizards and mice in them that she’d fed cursed blood and then killed and dehydrated.
