Biscuit is a goblin that was brought in by Bluntmunch to assist Kennet after the fall of the perimeter.<ref name=":1">10 new goblins include:

Group 1 – Tatty Bo Jangles, Bumcake, Bangnut, Humpydump, 1 Unnamed

Group 2 – Creamfilled, Kittycough, Fishmittens, Ramjam, Biscuit

The new goblins come in two groups– group 1 tried to invade when the perimeter went down and were deterred.  Group 2 were brought in by Bluntmunch and have worked with him before. - Excerpt from [8.a Spoilers] New Other Correspondance #1</ref>

Personality

She tends not to speak in complex sentences.<ref name=":0">“Her!” Biscuit chirped, pointing, looking up at Lucy, Avery, and Snowdrop with large eyes.

Pointing at Melissa.

“We found one, we got one!” Bangnut cheered.

Biscuit hopped and punched at the air, prancing because she couldn’t stay still.

"No,” Lucy said.

Biscuit collapsed.

“Bad idea.”

“But!” Biscuit cried out.

Lucy put her hands on her hips, but Biscuit didn’t tend to speak in more than one word and she didn’t break pattern here.

Biscuit drooped, face sagging, and paused, looking up at Avery with her best puppy dog eyes.  She was actually pretty good at it, especially for a goblin.

“Sorry,” Avery said.

Biscuit dropped her face until it was pressing against the gravel.  Then, slowly, she ground her face into the gravel, swishing it side ot side, fingers clawing at the finer grit beneath it.  She punched the ground.  Something between a tantrum and wallowing in abject misery. - Excerpt from One After Another 10.2</ref> Her driving ambition is to be a Todd, having a love of parties and debauchery.<ref>“Party!” Biscuit cheered.  “Love’m." - Excerpt from Summer Break 13.10</ref>

She is still young and set into a goblin mentality.<ref name="sw">“Up.  Let’s go.  Goblins?  Can you get this stuff back where it belongs, do you think?”

Biscuit was perched on Butty’s head, and gave Lucy a weirded out look.  “Or…”

“Swear you’ll try to find the obvious candidates.  Clothing store is a good bet.  Magazines too.  Swear you’ll give it back in as good a condition as you can manage, swear you’ll try to find the traps they set and disable them, and you can take the stuff that’s small and ambiguous.”

As part of her Barney training she is regularly assigned to guide Jabber around.<ref name="hand" /> Her and Cherrypop attempted to get Avery to complement the dolls butt.<ref>“Compliment…” Cherrypop hesitated, then, eyes wide, like she was a child who’d just seen Santa Claus, “compliment his butt.” - Excerpt from False Moves 12.10</ref>

Jasmine disapproved of her selling drugs to people, which disapointed the goblin as she hoped to get drugs from her.<ref>I think you need a new gimmick, Biscuit.  Because this one sounds pretty terrible.”

Appearance

Biscuit is around the same size as Cherrypop and wears dolls clothes and make-up, actually somewhat cute as goblins go.<ref>Toadswallow added, “Once the Barney sobers up, they don’t go back to whatever they were imbibing.  The Tod must find another.  Biscuit here wants to learn to become a Tod, so we’re looking.”

Biscuit was a goblin not all that much bigger than Cherrypop, and weirdly on the not-offensive-looking side of goblindom, with makeup on and clothes possibly stolen from dolls.  She looked pretty hyper at the prospect. - Excerpt from Shaking Hands 9.2</ref> Really built for climbing.<ref name="hand">“I won’t argue with John,” Matthew said.  “Jabber needs a handler.  If-”

“Biscuit,” Bluntmunch said.  “She’s training to manage a Barney, she should steer a Jabber.”

“Yes!” Biscuit cheered, voice small.  She climbed up Jabber to perch on his head.  Jabber rocked his head from side to side, and it was unclear if he was reacting to the stimulus, bouncing his head to a song only he could hear, or trying to shake her off.

“She’ll need help,” Bluntmunch said.  He looked over the goblins who’d attended the meeting.

Abilities

She was trying to become a Todd and presumably is trying the train the requisite skills and lay her claws on the right items. At one point she wanted this to be Melissa but was refused.<ref name=":0" /> She has cookies, that those with the right Sight can identify, that can jumpstart people. She later shows the knoweldge of how to brew several magically enhanced alcoholic drinks,<ref>Gogglegrog.  It’s made of eye icky-rous and diabetic urine, fermented.  It’s my first try.”

Like many Others she has an instinct for innocence, this is supplemented with noticing the qualities she would look for in a barney.<ref name=":0" /> Climbs up objects and people a lot as a Todd she would likely need this to stay close to her barney charge.<ref name="sw" />

Her weapon form is a slightly melted plastic frisbee with her face stuck on the label.<ref>“I bind myself!” Biscuit shouted.  “Biscuit blitz-disc!”

Toadswallow gave her a diamond as payment to help her create her "Something to Die" for mixture.<ref>A diamond glittered in Warrens gloom.  “See this?”

She was also present during the attack by the witch hunter, during her funeral Ramjam pledged to give alcohol to three impresionable teens to remember her legacy.<ref>“Any suggestions for Biscuit?” he asked, ignoring her.

“She wanted to be a Tod for a Barney.  That was a dream,” Ramjam said.  “Good dream from a good goblin.”

“Still a good goblin,” Biscuit interjected.

“I pledge,” Ramjam said.  “I’ll get booze to three impressionable youths.  Enough to get them drunk.  They’ll have fun.  Maybe they’ll be Barneys one day.”

When the echos and wriaths invaded Kennet after Edith's arrest Biscuit passed a message to Sir Toadswallow about how emotionally vulnerable Matthew was.<ref>Biscuit stuck her hand in the air.  “Me!”

She crawled inside Jabber and pretended to be him whilst Avery asked questions.<ref>She picked up Jabber from the bench, and his arms moved, legs kicking at air.  “Walla!”

Was entrusted by Lucy to return items stolen by Kennet Undercity residents.<ref name="sw" />

She helped prevent Marlen Roy from escaping whilst she was being held prisoner by drugging her.<ref>“Bisca!” Jabber bounced on the spot.

“Bisca!” Biscuit repeated.  She dropped something, smashed it, scooped it, up, and then blew the contents into Marlen’s face.  It coated the mucus and flowed in through her mouth as she sucked in the first big breath, after forming a mouth-hole.  “Got ya!”

“I’m going to regret asking but I want to make sure she won’t die or anything.  Corked up?”

“Yeah!” Biscuit said, as she arrived at Lucy’s feet, looking up with overlarge eyes.  “Some drugs make you all stopped up in the bumhole.  This makes it so you got the one bit that’s stopped up but then the rest is all churning up, up above, ready to go shwaaaaa.  Bwaaaaah!”

“Okay.”
