Gone Ahead 7.6 is the sixth chapter of Gone Ahead. Verona and the gang have to deal with Shellie, Glamour Brownies and their own Trauma. Whoopie!

Plot

Big fight between the girls, Snowdrop, John Stiles and Shellie Alitzer.

Shellie Alitzer starts trying to intimidating the girls listing the Fae she's killed, not caring about whether it was deserved or not. She uses the wrecked Ray's broken Laptop creates as cover as she stalks the trio.

Shellie engages the nettlewisp on Lucy's arm using the left over pieces of Glamour there.

Lucy Ellingson gets trapped against a bench by the nettlewisp, which Shellie Alitzer messed around with, so it's tracking all the good team for when it explodes. Shellie Alitzer forcefully turns Verona Hayward into a cat. The brownies arrive and make things more complicated for the girls. The girls manage to open a portal to the Ruins and go there, taking care of some of the Brownies.

Verona taps the emotionally deadening memory of when her mother left their house after confessing the affair, the start of her parents divorce.

Shellie calls on the memory of visiting Daniel Alitzer while they were both already among Fae and realizing just how much he's forgotten of real life.

The girls make it back, Verona Hayward puts her face on Shellie Alitzer and they trigger the Nettlewisp so it attacks Verona-faced-Shellie, successfully.

Verona copies Shellie's trick of using loose glamour

They exit back into the real world and have a quick chat with Raymond Sunshine, who bounces the Brownies back to Lawrence Bristow with some rules lawyering.

Major Events

• Shellie attacks the Kennet Trio
  • She specifically does this by herself and not on behalf of her master.
• They dip in an out of the ruins repeatedly seeing snatches of history
• The Trio and friends escape and the brownies are rebounded again.
