Appearance

Richmond is short and skinny with blond hair and thick eyebrows. When John meet him he was dressed in black cargo pants and a sweeter.<ref>POI.  Their person of interest.  Short, skinny, with short scraggly blond facial hair and thick eyebrows.  He wore a sweater and black cargo pants and he was zip tied and belted to the chair.  The correspondent, a journalist for the media, was right next to him, sitting but not tied.  They apparently trusted him to cooperate. - Excerpt from One After Another 10.a</ref>

Abilities
