Franky Reiber is a dabbler and resident of Thunder Bay.

Personality[edit]

She's interested in technology, engineering and space.<ref>“There were these display cases, tech ideas.  Partial notes.  Those were really, really, really cool.  Cyborg arm, ship design, engine.  Very beautiful.- Excerpt from Wild Abandon 18.9</ref>

Relationships[edit]

Avery met Franky shortly after her arrival in Thunder Bay. Though instructed to antagonize Franky, Avery chose to assist her, and told her what she needed to say to the Lord of Thunder Bay in order to stay in the city.

Franky owns a pet goat which she obtained for a ritual she was not able to complete.<ref>“I guess I’ve got a pet goat now,” Franky said.  “Unless either of you want a goat?”- Excerpt from Fall Out 14.4</ref>

Currently single. She tends to treat her romantic interests like their a puzzle to be solved.<ref>Thea shook her head.  “Don’t recognize them either.  She was trying to decipher guys like there’s a puzzle to be solved, a right answer.  No guy in her life right now.”- Excerpt from Wild Abandon 18.9</ref>

Appearance[edit]

Franky wears oversized jeans and a T-shirt, and has short hair that had once been completely shaved off.<ref>“Holy shit!” the woman reacted.  She looked like she could have been a tired twenty-five or a young-looking forty.  The clothes and hair didn’t help either.  She wore an oversized t-shirt and jeans, her hair short in a way that suggested she’d shaved herself bald a bit ago and was at the awkward stage of growing it in.- Excerpt from Fall Out 14.4</ref>

Abilities[edit]

Franky has very little knowledge of practice, but has some skill with curses.<ref>“What kind of practitioner are you?  This looks like a curse.”

“I don’t know what the procedure for calling yourself something are,” Franky replied.- Excerpt from Fall Out 14.4</ref>

She has a pilot's license.<ref>Franky looked reluctant to hand over her ID.  But she did.  Pilot’s license, regular license, health card, and a pass to some laser museum with her picture on it.- Excerpt from Wild Abandon 18.9</ref>

She's good at understanding images, space and memorisation.<ref>“She has a good head for images, space, memorization,” Thea noted.  “Good candidate to memorize something like this at a glance.  Or to be inspired.”- Excerpt from Wild Abandon 18.9</ref>

Chronology[edit]

Franky spent most of her life in Thunder Bay.<ref>Did you live here before?”

“Most of my life.”- Excerpt from Fall Out 14.4</ref>

After she was forced out of her job in aerospace by her boss and blacklisted, she tried to get revenge by cursing him. She originally planned to perform the curse by urinating on his picture and burning it, but while she was performing this a man in red (the Carmine Exile) appeared in the smoke and guided her through the Awakening ritual.<ref>“I’m strong enough now,” Franky said.  “My boss screwed me and cut me out of the industry, blackballed me.  Now I can screw with him.”

Avery looked down at the very crude start to a diagram. A couple of days ago.

“Did you see a very red animal or something, before this all kicked off?” Avery asked.

“No.  I was pissed, I thought I’d piss on his picture and set it on fire.  Put stones around it to keep the fire contained.  It smoked a lot, I saw a man in the smoke.  With red hair and a red beard, red fur jacket.  He said I had power so long as I kept my word, never tell a lie, and-”- Excerpt from Fall Out 14.4</ref> She was interrupted by Avery Kelly before she could perform the full curse, and was instead convinced to present herself to the Thunder Bay Council as a local practitioner.
