Cig goes on his rounds alerting Edith of various problems. Checking in on an elders grief counseling group he hears about one man having a recurrent nightmare. A hurt girl desperately searches for a new heart attacking another girl to get the material only for Edith, alerted by Cig, to attack and kill her. Melissa overdoses on her pain killers to try to dull her awareness.
