Not wanting to disturb [[Mags]], the Thorburn Bogeyman travels to a cold, desolate lake. He enjoys a few peaceful moments to himself before [[Faysal Anwar|Faysal]] arrives and interrupts him. Blake questions the [[Angel]] about his motives and learns a great deal about the relationship between Angels, Demons, and Humans. Satisfied with Blake's efforts, Faysal turns to depart and leaves behind a portal of pipes. Our protagonist drops it into the ice where [[Green Eyes]] briskly emerges. He makes sure the mermaid is happy and comfortable with her newfound freedom before leaving. | |||
