Toronto Council

The Toronto Council are a gathering of the various powers in the supernatural community of Toronto. Headed by Conquest they oversee all the supernatural activity in the city. Later on, after Conquest is sealed away, Elder Sister is the Lord and the members arrive at the beckoning of Rose and Faysal.
