Roxanne Thorburn is the youngest daughter of Paul Thorburn, as well as the younger sister of Peter Thorburn and Paige Thorburn. She is the sixth eligible heir to the Hillglades House.

Paige notes she spoiled in a manner different than her step-sister, Ellie Thorburn, while in her timeline Rose Thorburn Junior noted that she made accusations at Callen's girlfriend, who entered her class as a teaching assistant, that ended her career.
