Penelope is the daughter of Sandra Duchamp , and a full member of the Duchamp Coven. Her familiar takes the form of a canary, and possibly has a second form for fighting if it is similar to her sister Joannas. She does not appear to have the same vendetta her parents generation has against Blake, but will still fight him, believing him very dangerous. Also goes by Penny.
