Milo Songetay is a War Mage and ritual killer.<ref>“You can’t.  Because you’re not sexy,” Angie told her, pausing in her drawing.  “Sorry, but I’m being honest.  You dress in shades of brown and you look tired, Lizzie.”

“I’d be more interested in her than in you,” Milo said, daubing another french fry in his mix.- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.a</ref>

Personality

He's highly professional, good at hiding his darker side.<ref name=":1">“I don’t mind his company.  Personable, professional.  You wouldn’t know he’s an unrepentant murderer if you weren’t paying careful attention.  The only reason I don’t spend more time with him is how minor he is in standing.  This would be his chance to prove himself, earn his way into higher graces.”- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.b</ref>

Relationships

He was unimpressed with Angie Demarest.<ref>“You can’t.

Elizabeth and Eloise attempted to persuad him not to kill an undercity gangster. Milo suggested that if he saved the man's life he and Elizabeth could get drinks together but ultimately declined because it went against his moral principles.<ref>“I save his life, you let me buy you a drink and pub food another time, how’s that?” he asked.

...

“Say I tell you sure, I’ll hold off on taking lives, I’ll play nice, even though I gave a considerable discount to Musser for permission to not play nice… I feel like I’d have to keep count, and ask you to let me buy you drinks for each one I count.  That feels like a whole different kind of scummy,” Milo said.  “Twisting a girl’s arm a bit to get her to accept a date, that’s one thing.  Twisting her arm to keep it going, force her to keep your company?  Get drunk?  Nah.”- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.b</ref>

He has an amicable relationship with Musser, Musser for his part spends little time with him due to his low social standing.<ref name=":1" />

Appearance

His head and beard are shaved to be almost bald.<ref>Milo Songetay kept his hair and beard at a level too short to be called stubble but too long to be bald.  It was raw, brutally efficient, and stood at a contrast to the high-end clothes he wore and the nice car that was in the lot outside.  It made her think of someone who worked on Wall Street, too busy to actually groom beyond the necessities, but with the money to spare on the luxuries.  He didn’t work on Wall Street.  In his frame, going clockwise from the upper left, were knife / chalk outline of a body / goldfish in a bowl / binoculars.- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.a</ref>

Abilities

He's a ritual killer, he kills sets of people, using them to create patterns, often taking trophies from his victims. After killing thirteen medical profesionals he gained skills in medicine, he's also killed detectives so as to be better at avoiding being caught. He has other uncompleted sets for aware and programmers.<ref>“He’s collected many protections, wards against innocence, heightened senses, and skills.  He collected the talents of a medical professional after killing a full set of doctors and nurses.  After killing the thirteenth, he got the talents of the least of them.  He did the same for detectives, to better know what to avoid and what tools might be used to track him down.  I know he’s started on others, like Aware, and programmers, but he’s only partway through those sets.  And he’s killed others he hasn’t shared with me, for other talents or skills.”- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.b</ref>

He also knows War Magic taught to him by the Songetay family.<ref name=":0">“Milo is a contract killer.  On the side, he’s a practitioner who has folded his knowledge and talents into the Songetay war magic fairly readily.  He’s a ritual killer, with an emphasis on the ritual.  Much like a collector such as Mr. Bristow might seek to have a pattern in the people he’s gathered under his roof, Milo collects kills and creates patterns in the various killings.  He finds the people to kill, mark, and-or take trophies from as he goes about his work, or in his free time.  He was somewhat awkwardly adopted into the family two years ago, given access to all resources, a cut of inheritance, and standing equal to the flesh and blood sons.”- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.a</ref>

He's able to move wound around his body, concentrating them into a rune.<ref>Milo wheezed.  He had a bad wound with swelling around his eye, a split lip, and heavy bruising.  It looked like his ear had been bisected and it would need stitches to be put back in order.

But the wounds moved.  They slithered down away from his eye and mouth.  The cut at his ear traveled along skin like a projected image.  His chest rippled as what might’ve been shattered lower ribs shifted locations, becoming shattered upper ribs, a shattered clavicle, a shattered shoulder.

All of it moving to his bare forearm, where his sleeve had been rolled up.  All the damage concentrated into a rough, scratchy rune shape on the back of his wrist, flecks of bone sticking out of gouges deep enough to show the rest of the wrist bones.  It inflamed, puckered, looked increasingly infected by the second.- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.b</ref> He can also regenerate<ref>“I regenerate some, from an incomplete set.  I’m fine.”- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.b</ref> and has enhanced speed.<ref>Milo drew a pair of knives.

He was faster than a human should be.- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.8</ref>

His eyes turn red when using the sight.<ref>Angie frowned, seeing the orbs of Milo’s eyes turn into red, raw nuggets as he blinked his eyes.- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.a</ref>

Chronology

He has hired to kill the Songetay family, fighting them to a stand still, they succeeded in out bidding the man that had hired him, this resulted in Milo turning on his original employer.<ref>“Milo was hired to kill the Songetays.  He ambushed them in their bedroom, fought them and their summoned Other to a standstill.  They found the opportunity to outbid the person who hired him.  A non-practitioner.  Milo turned around and killed the man for the Songetays.”- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.a</ref> He was later adopted into the Songetay family, giving him a share of the inheritance.<ref name=":0" />

He travelled to Kennet with Elizabeth Driscoll, Angie Demarest, Cynthia Gaspard and Eloise to scout for information and free Marlen. He job was to act as bodyguard for his teammates.<ref>“I’m the bodyguard,” Milo said.  “So this is the point I gotta step in and say no fighting.”- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.a</ref> He offered his services at a discount in the beleif that he could make progress on his murder projects.<ref>“Deal was I’d make the contract cheap, generous for time I’d dedicate.  I wouldn’t have come here if I didn’t think I could make some headway on my projects.”

“Your killings?” Liz asked.

“Yeah.  Made that clear to Musser.  Your boss.”- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.b</ref>

During the raid he was attacked by Asher Hennigar after Asher unleashed his warcry and had no one else to target. When they reached the factory he fought against one of the dog tags<ref>Milo finished with the soldier.  “He won’t die.  I’m getting tired of fighting things that won’t die or stop.  The Hennigar, now this guy…”- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.b</ref> and then climbed into the rafters, dueling with Lucy Ellingson.<ref>“In the corner, to your right!” Milo shouted.

Lucy met him with a melee weapon in hand- her rapier, his knife.- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.b</ref>

Lucy baited him into fighting her then switch places with Guilherme, this caused Milo to be gainsaid, he attempted to retreat by anwsering Matthew's demesne claim but was murdered as soon as he'd finished.
