Personality

Used to be a bully and a class clown.<ref>Basil nodded.  Hart had been the class clown on the best of days and the school bully on the worst of them.  Which was very ‘Goblin’.  Fitting for a young goblin king.- Excerpt from Fall Out 14.z</ref>

Relationships

He is large with a shaved head with small eyes, cauliflower ears, and a full beard. He has a tattoo across one bicep and scars.<ref>- Excerpt from Fall Out 14.z</ref><ref>Hart ducked his head a bit to let himself in.  He had small eyes, cauliflower ears, a misshapen head laid bare, and a full beard.  He didn’t dress up or add color like Liberty Tedd had.  A white t-shirt, jeans, boots, scars, tattoos, and patches of skin where the scars didn’t stand out or catch shadows, but the color slipped from sun-tanned to pink or near-white all the same, producing a faintly mottled effect.- Excerpt from Fall Out 14.z</ref>
