Subordination 6.6 is the sixth chapter of Subordination.

Plot

With the help of Evan and Fell, Blake manages to escape The Eye. Unfortunately they escape right into The Shepherds path. He uses a Ghost to inflict a heart attack on everyone, with Blake and Alexis taking the blunt of it. Rose teaches Tiffany and Tyler how to restore their friend's hearts using Blood magic. Meanwhile Fell is trying to single-handedly fend off the Eye and rest of the Shepherd's ghosts, but is then forced to focus on repairing his car before the Eye can blow it up. Rose delays by asking the ghosts to stop, to which they momentarily listen. Having recovered from his heart attack, Blake hops onto his motorcycle, grabs the Hyena blade, and rams his fist into the Shepherd's gut. With the Shepherd knocked out and the Eye too slow to catch up, the Thorburn Cabal make their escape.

Later at a garage, Blake and Fell are fixing their rides. Evan wants to poop on the Hyena but can't. After making sure everyone is okay morale-wise, Blake goes over his plan for defeating Conquest by running and hiding constantly.

Blake wakes up in time to see everyone leave for their tasks. Tiffany continues sleeping. Blake finds Rose in the womens' bathroom with a black book. She wants to summon something.
