Fall Out 14.3 is the third chapter of Fall Out.

Plot

After having her damaged hand looked at in a doctors appointment Verona sees to her duties as a practitioner of Kennet.

Walking through a school it becomes clear that she's entered Kennet's new Under City, an inverted version of Kennet. Interrupting a tattoo session and makes friends with a girl called Mallory who

is convinced to show her around. As payment she offers Mallory a home made prison tattoo gun made from an electic toothbrush and in return she tells her that the substitute teacher doesn't fit. She also tells her about a gang called the Stuck-Arounds.

• She walks past a girl being made to kiss a toilet seat
• Peckersnot arrives as does Tashlit.
• Verona meets the Vice Principle, a seven year old dressed as a fairy. She shows the VP her mask and is told to fix it.
• It turns out Freak and Squeak are friends with the Vice Principle and with her voaching for Verona she's allowed to continue on her mission.
• Tey bump into Gashwad selling shivs in exchange for cigarettes. Cherrypop is on top of his head trying to sell rocks, out of pity Tashlit buys one.
• They find the substitute teacher clutching a bottle of alcohol, turns out she went to the under city because she arrived at the school drunk. They talk her back to normal Kennet and ring her sister to pick her up.
• Verona offers to make the familiar bond with Tashlit.
• Verona gets a text from Lucy asking her to ring Matthew, he suggests that Kennet might disappear and be replaced by the Under City entirely.
• When Verona gets home her dad is already their, it's revealed she created a fetch out of glamour to act as her body double whilst she was gone.
