Shocktease is one of the goblins in Liberty crew.

Appearance

She has a battery and broken light bulb embedded into her head, the electricity causes her hair to stand on end.<ref>The goblin that came through the woods was one of Liberty’s, a gremlin with batteries and one lit but broken lightbulb embedded in her skull, her hair standing on end.  When she opened her mouth, visible electricity danced along the gobbet of spit that stretched between two fangs, briefly outlining her teeth. - Excerpt from False Movew 12.2</ref>

Abilities

His weapon form is that of a battery pack with an eyeball inside it, there are wires that comes out of it and connects to two metal rods, electricity arcs between the rods shocking anything it touches.<ref>the form of a cracked battery pack with an eyeball peering out from within, wires extending up and out to two thin, narrow metal poles with triggers on the handles.  She touched the poles together and electricity arced between them as she moved them apart, out to three feet.
