</infobox> Connor Kelly is the father of Avery Kelly.
Personality
Connor is usually a pretty okay father. However, he often fails to notice problematic issues in his family, like Avery's loneliness or Declan's toxic behaviour.
Relationships
Connor is married to Kelsey Kelly.
When Avery came out to him as lesbian, he chose to be supportive, but needed some time to process and come to terms with it. After having time to think about things and learning that Avery helped save Brie's life he told her how proud of her he was.<ref>“I am immensely proud of you. I love you. In the past few months you’ve stood straighter, you’ve put your eyes forward, and from what your friends were saying it sounds like you’ve been an outstanding person. I don’t know how that came out of the same household as Sheridan, but…”
“Sheridan backed me up,” Avery said. “That counted for a lot.”
“Yeah,” he said, voice soft. “I’m just joking. Sheridan makes me proud in her own way. Not saving a life proud, but she’s on her way to becoming someone special.”- Excerpt from Summer Break 13.3</ref>
Him and Sylvia Hayward got on well when the two off them meet for lunch.<ref>- Excerpt from Dash to Pieces 11.2</ref>
He was annoyed that his brother Sean had left him to deal with Grumble on his own.<ref>Connor held his tongue rather than say anything about Sean abandoning the duties of caring for their dad. It wouldn’t be anything he hadn’t said to Kelsey before.- Excerpt from Let Slip 20.c</ref>
Appearance
He has short red hair, a short beard and a lean body.<ref>Connor was a trim man in just about every respect. Short red hair, short beard, well-fitted clothes on a lean shaped body. He’d dressed up too. Kelsey was lucky.- Excerpt from [7.a Spoilers] Can we talk about the girls</ref>
Chronology
He has recently stopped homeschooling his children and started a new job, at the same time Kelsey has started a new role in Thunder Bay and the two of them are lving apart for the moment.<ref>“I was thinking… my mom has this job she’s been doing in Thunder Bay for the last year, and someone quit and she got the head position there. She goes on weekends and she’s been setting up the new office, and it was always this thing where, like, we might have to move if my mom got set up and my dad didn’t have anything. But I left homeschool and my siblings did too, and my dad took the opportunity to resume working full time instead of working part time and… he’s good at it. Earning good money, respected, and he wants to keep doing it.”
“So your mom’s leaving and your dad’s staying?”
“And they’ll be long distance. They asked earlier, if we kids were to split up… who would want to go?”
- Excerpt from Dash to Pieces 11.3</ref>
He has had a vasectomy at some point.<ref>He asked, “Want to tempt fate, see if we’re one of the one in sixteen thousand who have a vasectomy fail more than five years later?”- Excerpt from Let Slip 20.c</ref>
He noticed that something was wrong with Kennet's moon and that the internet connection was acting strangely.<ref>Search term, image search: “Bleeding moon optical illusion Kennet Ontario”
Only search result: a picture of a gold ring with a little emerald turtle inset into the top.- Excerpt from Gone and Done It 17.11</ref>
Him and Avery went on a dinner date together to discuss their relationship together, whilst eating some of Musser's allies walk in, including America. A fight breaks out and Connor was injuried badly enought to need hospital treatment.<ref>- Gone and Done It 17.11</ref>
He's been heling to tutor Verona.<ref>“Can we keep doing this tutoring, maybe? Like we did this morning?” - Excerpt from Let Slip 20.3</ref>
