A small group of Vestiges carved from the essence of children that have entered Johannes' Demesne. They serve as prey for Johannes' customers. Over time, their bodies have broken apart and are being filled in with stray mice and dogs.<ref>Signature 8.6</ref>

Appearances

The eldest member, Noah, doesn't get a description. His younger brother, Benjamin, is described as a pale ten-year-old with long blond hair. Olive is described as a young, blonde, and freckled girl with a perpetually angry look on her face. Mia is described as a young, black girl with her hair tied back into two buns; she wears a parka over a white dress, grey tights, and winter boots.

Using the Sight or Paige's light<ref>Judgement 16.7</ref>, their bodies are revealed to be shattered with chunks missing and cracks everywhere. Swarms of mice infest their holes. Notably a dog has also taken occupancy in Noah's head, a large pregnant rat in Benjamin, mice in Olive's mouth, and some more mice in one of Mia's eyes.

Personality

As more mice spirits have infested their bodies, they develop greater prey instinct. They're overly cautious, to the point of freezing up at the slightest sign of danger. They're also furious at the other families for letting Johannes do this to them.

Abilities

  • Each member has enhanced speed, reflexes, and the ability to travel through tiny holes meant for mice.
  • Mia, and perhaps the others as well, has the ability to evade a practitioner's Sight.
