Toronto is a major city in Canada and the domain of several different factions in the story that plays an important role in the story as the battleground during the contest between Blake Thorburn and Conquest. It is here that the majority of Blake's friends and family live, only two hours from Jacob's Bell.
The Toronto Council are the major practitioners and Others who oversee the city, with the Lord being Conquest. Later on, after Conquest is sealed away, Elder Sister is the Lord and the members arrive at the beckoning of Rose and Faysal.
