Plot

A tiny goblin sides with Toadswallow against his abusive allies.

Matthew Moss recieves Kennet's share of the Hungry Choir's power along with Edith, then battles a group of Elemental Others.

A strange Other is reverie by Alpeana and Maricica.

Miss navigates the Paths, sees into the real world, and meets up with the Kennet Trio on their way through a Path.

• The seeming abuse among the goblins is a normal example of culture for them.
