Void 7.3 is the third chapter of Void. Pain, pain, more pain, and suddenly hope.
Plot
Blake is overwhelmed by the amount of pain Isadora's attack caused. His guts were torn out so hard that the rest of his body was flung into a wall. Tyler, Tiffany, and Maggie plead with the Sphinx to let them save Blake. However she refuses; insisting that they help Alexis or Fell instead. She also intimidates the Astrologer into not attacking. Despite struggling to breathe, Blake manages to apologize to Evan for failing to keep his promise.
With some encouragement and power from his familiar, Blake forces himself up and grabs the Hyena blade. Rose is having a discussion with Isadora about the reasons she attacked Blake and left Fell to die. Ty and Tiff momentarily paused Alexis' first aid to watch Blake trudge past them and towards the Sphinx. Blake calls for more power before finally swinging the Hyena. Unfortunately he uses up all his energy on a missed attack. Isadora summons the Lord of Toronto to make a deal, since Conquest killing Blake now would look undeserved. Conquest turns it around and makes a different deal with Blake. To continue fighting and die an ignoble death, or to surrender and have everyone saved. Blake chooses to heal for three days before having their final battle. Then he passes out.
The landscape has changed to a bridge with cliffs and hills behind it. Blake is on his motorcycle, watching Evan have fun flying around. Ms. Lewis appears to remind him about their offer and to tell him the news of what happened in the past two days and twenty-three hours. Blake wakes up to be greeted by Rose and her new minion, James Corvidae.
