Collateral 4.9 is the ninth chapter of Collateral. Blake has a phone conversation with Paige, then another conversation with Fell.
Plot[edit]
Blake returns to his apartment where he finds a note from Joel Monte saying one of his cousins was looking for him. Before he goes to call them, Blake washes off Pauz's filth with scalding showers, antibiotics, and some Glamour. The cousin turns out to be Paige Thorburn. She wanted answers about Molly's death and Blake's involvement. Blake struggles to not answer them, but agrees to leave a letter for the next heir that serves as a recap of Blake's relationship to the practitioners in Jacob's Bell.
