| |
| Eva and Andy act as the local Witchhunters for the people of Jacob's Bell. They act on the command of the local Council, carrying out executions and keeping the peace. Eva is is the killer of the two, easily capable of killing when necessary. Andy is the braniac/scholar of the pair, professing to be uncomfortable with killing and showing sympathy for their victims but possessing more knowlege on the world. As witchhunters they are capable of entering demesnes/protected areas uninvited, and thus pose a threat to Blake should an order be taken out on his head. They currently ally with the ruling powers in Jacob's Bell (The Behaims and Duchamps).
