Walt is a Finder and an elder member of the Garrick family active in their leadership.

Personality

Slightly paranoid.<ref name=":1">There were paranoid- maybe justifiably paranoid Walts out there.

Appearance

He wears a business suit with the top buttons undone with chest hair underneath. He has a large moustache and an aviators hat.<ref>A fifth man stepped into the scene.  He wore what looked like business wear, but the top buttons were undone, chest hair was visible and drawn out in flickering orange-gold lasers, and it, in combination with the heavy duty mustache, gave him a faint car salesman image.  Avery thought she remembered him from the visit to the Promenade with all of Jude’s family around, but couldn’t place him perfectly.  He might’ve had gear on then.  A hat like Jude’s.- Excerpt from Summer Break 13.9</ref> While he looks 40 something he is well over 50.<ref name=":1"/>

Let criminals get away with crimes, let certain lies travel around the world before the Truth had his shoes on, let people ensure someone didn’t get away with something. But it was a double-edged sword. Whatever you asked for, it’d come back at you, for something you’d said or done. Could be in the past, retroactive, could be now, could be in the future.”
