Chronology

Cole forced his step daughter to enter the Spirit World with him, whilst their he threatened to throw her into a hole that lead to the Abyss if she didn't agree to let him alter her spirit. Their trip was interrupted by what later became The Girl by Candlelight and they both fell into the Abyss.
