Johannes created the spell as a way to make a binding that could work on many types of Other that didn't have the weakness of being too generalised that the effect could be ignored.
It was used to temporarily bind Faysal Anwar as he tried to interfere with Johannes' Demense Claim.
Casting/Creation[edit]
To create the ritual, Johannes expended effort to name a bullet. this bullet then had a binding circle drawn out in paint that was only visible under UV light. To cast the spell, Johannes shot Faysal and then turned the UV light on, binding the bullet in the circle, and thus the angel.
