The Resident is the Kennet [[Kennet Undercity|Undercity]] member in charge of the hospital.

The Resident is tall, thin as a broom stick and with a lipless mouth and scarred over eyes. == Chronology ==
He was arrested by a group of local Council members consisting of [[Verona]], [[Tashlit]] and Matthew. Following the violent death of one of his uncooperative subordinates thanks to the [[Doom of Edith James]] he agreed to be brought in front of the Kennet Council.
