The '''St. Victor's practitioners''' were a group of students sponsored by [[Charles Abrams|The Carmine Exile]] and his former [[forsworn]] followers, sometimes called the '''Red Heron'''.

==Modus Operandi==
They were awakened by the four [[Judge]]s, with the expectation that their [[awakening]] could be revoked at any time prior to the age of 18. Due to this unusual awakening they only have a fourth of the [[power]] they would normally have, despite this they're still more powerful than the average practitioner.<ref>“If we withdraw you, it is to protect you.
