Owen is a senior member of the [[Belanger Circle|Belanger Family]].

== Personality ==
He's in charge of handling the Belanger's accounts but much of the actual work is done by [[Wye Belanger|Wye]]. When she was younger [[Jen Ross]], his cousin, was infatuated with him even going so far as to name the butterflies in her [[Second Sight|sight]] after him. As an adult she despises the man he's became.<ref>She looked up at the butterflies, and tracked their movements.  She’d named them Eoin.  ‘Owen’ by another name.  There had been a time she’d really liked Owen, when she’d been young and coming into womanhood, nevermind that he was her cousin.  She’d been infatuated with him, and him with her.  Nothing had ever really happened, and it had been little more than a rich, painfully close friendship with whispered talks trying to make sense of boys and girls, fierce jealousy whenever anyone intruded on their dynamic, and then the two of them drifting apart.  She’d named her butterflies after him.
