The following alphabetical list is of minor and briefly mentioned characters found in Pact. These characters played a minor to inconsequential role in the main plotline.

==Goblin Dragon==

A small community has grown up in the area cleared by the goblin's predations. Since the creature sleeps most of the time, it's relatively safe as long as they're quiet when passing through it's lair.<ref name=":0" /> 

===Appearance===
The beast is large, with spiky black fur and spines.
