'''{{PAGENAME}}''' is the second chapter of False Moves. It follows [[Cherrypop]] in her attempt to overcome her curse and stop [[Maricica]].

==Plot==
Cherrypop hears [[Lucy Ellingson|Lucy]], [[Verona Hayward|Verona]] and [[Avery Kelly|Avery]] asking her to protect Jasmine, she and the rest of Kennet’s goblins head off.

As she runs of thinks about her time with [[Snowdrop]].

Cherry is tired and out of breath because she’s running with the stone.

The rest of the goblins go towards the warren hole whilst Cherry decides to cross the river, her journey across is a herculean effort, every step is agony.

As she crosses she thinks about how weak she is and how other goblins would beat her up or how she’ll pick fights a loose them. She thinks about how she wants to be important and how she wants to win at something at least once in her life.

She thinks about finding the [[Goblin|goblins]] in [[Kennet]] and them taking her in, she goes on to think about her relationship with [[Snowdrop]], about pouring milk into her mouth whilst she slept and about pretending to be a fork and going with her to the Blue Heron Institute.

As she reaches the other side the rock falls into the water and the curse is lifted. Suddebly a wave knocks her back into the water and she grapples finding the stone beneath the surface of the water and picks it up before falling unconscious.

Upon waking up she finds [[Tashlit]] and [[Crooked Rook]] Giving her CPR, Rook informs Cherry that the rock is [[Curse|cursed]].

[[Miss]] also appears saying that Maricica will know that she’s back and working with Rook, she goes off to the trial in case the the trio need help.

Rook tells cherry that she triumphed over the curse and ask her to do three things, put the rock in Maricica’s shoe, knock over her bag and get along with Peckersnot.

Inside [[Maricica]] is talking to [[Jasmine Ellingson|Jasmine]] and implying that her daughters are in trouble, Peckersnot is already inside.

Cherrypop goes upstairs to the bathroom and grabs some toilet paper, next she goes into Lucy’s room and finds a can of soda and a load of rubbish.

Back in the living room Maricica accuses the trio of sneaking out and persuades [[Jasmine Ellingson|Jasmine]] to punish them for it. Meanwhile Cherrypop finds where Maricica has left her bag a pours the soda can into it.

Cherrypop resists the temptation to push [[Peckersnot]] down the stairs and instead hands him the toilet paper and chocolate bar wrapper whilst she goes to put the rock in Maricica’s shoe.

Maricica goes to leave and Cherrypop and [[Peckersnot]] have to hide, as she reaches for her bag the goblins grab it and succeed in knocking it over and spilling it’s contents. This include toilet paper covered in something that “not chocolate”, upon seeing this Jasmine becomes suspicious and tries to confirm Mary’s identity, as they talk Jasmine becomes angry and asks her to leave.

On her way out [[Maricica]] throws the stone in her shoe into the ventilation shaft, it bounces around until it hits Cherry on the forehead.

As soon as she leave [[Jasmine Ellingson|Jasmine]] calls [[Connor Kelly|Connor]] and the two of them decide to warn the other parents.

Cherrypop and Peckersnot meet the rest of the Kennet Others outside the house, [[Sir Toadswallow|Toadswallow]] informs them that Maricica managed to escape. They go back to the trial where they find that the trio are mentally being ground down by the fae interrogating them.

[[Matthew Moss|Matthew]] inform them that Maricica is sending messages to people via bird. [[Nibble]] and [[Chloe]] head off to guard [[Edith James|Edith]].

The remaining spectators start cheering, trying to boost the trios confidence. The Aurum stops all sound from reaching them to prevent outside interference.

[[Avery Kelly|Avery]] calls the Aurum and asks for three things. She wants her clothes and belongings back, to which the judge agrees. Secondly she asks for an advocate which she is refused. Lastly she asks for the right to trial by combat.<!--
