}}'''{{PAGENAME}}''' is the second chapter of [[Collateral]]. Blake meets with the Lord of Toronto and some other Toronto residents.
==Plot==
The chapter begins with a description of [[Conquest]]'s home, both the exterior and interior. Inside, trophies from conquered enemies litter the room. The [[Fell|unnamed practitioner]] explains the rules of Conquest's home. They enter the meeting room to find Conquest, [[Isadora]], [[Jeremy]], and [[Diana]] waiting for him. [[Blake]] offers Conquest a painting of Tiffany's as a gift, but is forced to justify why the Incarnation should care. Satisfied with the third response, Conquest allows the council members to sastify their curiosity about Blake. 

They examine his hatchet, ask where he came from, and test his wits with a riddle. Blake pleases everyone with his answers, then attempts to entertain them. Everything was going great until Jeremy started sabotaging him. In attempting to fix it, Blake accidently draws attention back to where he comes from. They piece the clues together, and realize he is a [[Diabolist]]. Everyone instantly turns against him. Despite Isadora's disproval, Conquest claims Blake as his [[Demon]] summoning pet. The other council members flee, concluing their business there. The chapter ends with Conquest pulling [[Rose]] out of the mirror and into his grasp.
