He was created by an alchemist as part of a set, one of them would have the job of stirring up emotions, another would collect it and a third would refine it. Jabber managed to escape but the rest were smashed because they were used to capture civilians and harvest them.<ref>He was made as part of a set of dolls with interlocking functions.
