The Other will then push echo-memories and impressions into them, to make them relive the attacks as if they were victims. Toward the two year anniversary, the effect of this is so pronounced that these people become retroactive victims.<br><br>As the event fades from the public consciousness, however, the horror gets increasingly desperate.
