==Appearance==
After becoming Cagerattler, Cole appeared as a distorted skeleton with metal bars attached to the bones. The bones and metal formed a cage used to trap his father in. Some of the bones had rust or scraps of flesh on them.<ref>There was a distorted skeleton with metal welded to bones that still had tatters of raw flesh on them, with a layered corrosion on the bones like bogeymen John had encountered from the deeper parts of the Abyss.  Some of that corruption leaked into the wood beneath its feet.  Bone and metal formed a cage and within the cage was a man, thin and too long-limbed for the cage he occupied.  Stooped, head bent low, long black curls falling into his lap, he held onto horizontal bars as best as he could.  His eyes were sweet.  He looked as pure as the cage was corrupt.- [https://palewebserial.wordpress.com/2021/09/21/break-4/ Excerpt] from [[Break 4]]</ref> Chains dangled from him and shackles bound his father's right hand and left foot.
