Access to this is usually considered part of the Electro-radio or Digital Aether, as such it is possible for an Other such as as [[Nex Machina]] or any other sufficiently "large" to affect this "[[realm]]" and thus the internet.

It's use has led to the proliferation of various [[Living Ritual]]s.
