== Plot == Alpeana takes Verona into a dream of her falling. She tries to reach into her pocket and get glamour to turn into a bird but centipedes appear and bite her and she crashes into the ground and gets pulverised into a bloody mess. The scene changes to a smokey bar filled with smartly dressed people, each of them holding a cigarette. Verona, Lucy and Avery start looking for Cig. The barkeep offers them a cigarette and lighter and Verona takes a drag but Cig fails to appear. They suddenly realise that all the whispering smartly dressed people are Cig and that the conversations they’re overhearing are him talking to them. He tells them he doesn’t know what Maricica was up to but knew she was part of the conspiracy. Verona says that if he can provide meaningful informations and swear against further involvement they will let him go but they might still revoke his membership of Kennet depending on the situation. When asked about what the conspirators plan is Cig talks about “turning things around on them” and “If they want to turn those poor saps out onto the streets, that’s fine, but they should also sort out the mess.” and “tightening regulations until they can’t breath”. He says that he only joined the conspiracy because he was lonely and fell into a bad crowd and that he was drawn to Edith because they share similar natures. He says he doesn’t know Maricica very well. The girls say he may be set free if he agrees swears oaths and if the council agrees. Cig says that Charles is involved but doesn’t know his specific role in the affair, his motives appear to be made unforsworn. He refers to Charles as “that loser”. He also says that the goblins are involved, the ones Bluntmunch brought in, suggesting that they might not still feel the same way about the whole affair after two of them died to the Witch Hunter. He mentions that Guilherme is the one that hired the witchhunter and the trio suddenly wake up. Lucy goes out to check on the shrines, disturbed about her mentors involvement. Nicolette rings and Verona and tells her she’s gainsaid, Nicolette responds by saying Alexander gainsaider about once every two weeks. Verona asks if there's anything she can help with and Nicolette gives her a bunch of documents to sort out. Jasmine calls Verona downstairs and she finds her dad and the CAS worker. She’s told she has to return home to her dads now, that she’s still be grounded and will have no TV, no computer and no phone. It’s suddenly revealed to be one of Alpeana’s nightmares. The next dream is with Chloe and Nibble close to the place where Chloe became a ghoul, the pair of them say that if they’re involved the most likely reason is to get them to turn feral and attack the trio. Chloe and Nibble proceed to act super cute together! Nibble mentions that it might be an advantage for them if the bad guys win as they will have less of a problem with food, he also says that they might move on if they can’t continue to get food. Alpeana arrives and seems stressed, as they begin waking Avery apologies about what happened with Maricica. Verona goes to visit the shrines and Lucy reminds her she’s has an appointment with doctor Mona later that day, they only have a week and five days left until the end of summer. Lucy is getting dressed for her date with Wallace, Mia, Amadeus, Emerson and Xavier are joining her. She’s sad that Verona and Jeremy aren't coming, Verona replies she’s worried about hurting him. Verona starts texting Jeremy. Suddenly Nicolette texts her to warn her that the details of Alexander’s death have been made public and that Ray is going to visit them and Charles.
