==Plot==
[[Zed Sadler|Zed]] and [[Brie Callie|Brie]] are exploring the emerging ritual that turns people into places, named the [[Placement Test]]. The girls have sent their masks, hats and cloaks instead of attending in person, in addition [[Lucy]] has her earring.

They see an Other surrounded by object and [[Zed Sadler|Zed]] manages to identify it as a Grasping, a collector who’s practice has back fired. [[Brie Callie|Brie]] notices one area smells differently and Zed uses that knowledge to make hem a map.

They spot a doll, no matter how they move it it always faces towards them,

They approach the centre and twelve others appear, one for each of them. There’s a women in green can tamper with their escape ropes, the Grasping says that she’ll deal with the ropes before they can stop her.

Brie unleashes fire and lightning at the women in green, hitting her and [[Gainsay|gainsaying]] the Grasping, [[Zed Sadler|Zed]] asks for a magic item as payment and gets a mirror.

They all pull their escape ropes, returning to where the girls are stuck as various places, [[Avery Kelly|Avery]] a playing field, [[Verona Hayward|Verona]] a book store and [[Lucy Ellingson|Lucy]] a graveyard filled with swords.

[[Ann Wint|Ann]] is hosting a Halloween party. Part way though she takes her daughter to meet the [[Thunder Bay Council|Thunderbay]] practitioners and various local Others. She argues with Avery about how she’s dressed and how they treat [[Other|Others]].

[[Seth Belanger|Seth]] is walking with [[Nicolette Belanger|Nicolette]] through the snow. He takes the last part of his journey alone, visiting the [[Alabaster Doe|Alabaster]] to appeal his forswearing, an appeal she rejects.

Suddenly the [[Charles Abrams|Carmine Exile]] appears and [[Seth Belanger|Seth]] successful appeals to him instead. Behind [[Charles Abrams|Charles]] are other previous forsworn that have joined him, he asks if he can join as well. Charles tells him to go back and inform Nicolette that he’s staying and to wish her a happy Christmas.
